Deutz AG plans a new plant in Pendergrass
Pendergrass, October 2007 – Deutz AG, a German manufacturer of diesel engines, will open a new plant in Pendergrass, Georgia, in early 2008 to manufacture engines for construction and agricultural machinery. Already represented through a subsidiary in Norcross, the new operation will employ 50 workers, who will be trained through the state’s Quick Start program.
